Who is "CNE Controls”
CNE Controls LTD was incorporated with Zhanjiang CNE as their North American vehicle in 2004. Established in 1983, Zhanjiang CNE is a joint venture corporation by Zhanjiang Electricity Corporation and New Zealand Peng Shi Company, an abbreviation for China (C) New Zealand (N) Electricity (E).
History Review
1983- Zhanjiang CNE Electricity Corporation was founded in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, specializing in
gas Ignition rod manufacturing.
1989 - The first factory in China to make ignition modules for cooker and gas water heater.
1990 - Became member of China National Hardware Association (CNHA).
1992 -Became member of Guangdong Gas Association.
1995 -A subsidiary, Zhanjiang Solenoid Valve Co., Ltd was founded, specializing in gas solenoid
valve, gas proportional valve, and water sensor.
1996 -Developed control systems for wall-hung boilers.
1998 -Became member of CGAC.
2002 -Zhanjiang Solenoid Valve Co., Ltd was off CNE Group through restructuring
2003 -Moved to new workshop in new Hi-tech Development Zone of Zhanjiang.
2004 -Established a joint-venture corporation CNE Controls LTD in Stoney Creek Ontario, Canada.
2005 -Passed ISO-9001:2000 and ISO-14004:2004.
2006 -Became member of Gas Appliance Manufacturer Association (GAMA). Granted ETL certificate
on Direct Spark Ignition Module, Hot Surface Ignition Module, Power Transformer and Igniter.
2007 -The control system for gas wall-hung boiler and condensing boiler passed the tests of IMQ
Certificate Authority in Italy and got the CE certificate for the European market.
